What is a whoopie pie?
Our whoopie pies start with a rich chocolatey cake, made with Irish cream butter and single-origin Peruvian cocoa. With a generous mound of our house vanilla marshmallow fluff sandwiched inside—It’s tender, gooey, full of chocolate flavor, and really delicious. We roll half of the whoopie pies in sprinkles, and leave the other half plain.
